It's moments like these that remind me how incredibly fast life passes by, and if we don't take the effort to stop - it'll pass us by. Just a few snapshots from the the highly acclaimed (and bendable) iPhone 6. Full engagement coming soon.
I had the chance to take some time off of work and drive down the 1. My good friend of 11 years flew in from Boston and we hit the road. We planned out some spots we needed to hit (read: Verve, Bixby Bridge) and played the rest by ear.
Some images for you to enjoy are included below. While we are at Pfieffer beach we ran into a couple having a private wedding - I had my camera, they had a wedding (could it get any more obvious?). I asked if they wanted some photos and they offered to send me a bottle of wine in exchange. It sounded about right to me.
It was so nice to take a break...It's far too easy to leave the things we love behind. Take it slow, enjoy yourself.
“The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco.”
From the moment Shirin sent me an inquiry to the moment I dropped her and Amin off at Pizzeria Delfina, I had a good feeling about the two and the story we would tell. On one foggy San Franciscan summer evening, I met the couple in the Presidio and told their story. I was able to feel an incontrovertible bond between the two that made even the chilliest of San Francisco summer nights warm.
Had the great pleasure of photographing a band that I've been tracking since the days of Honda old to Jimmy Kimmel. They put on a great show at one of SF's best venues (The Chapel SF) and are a group of entirely humble and fun twenty-something year-olds chasing their dreams. Fight on, friends.
